I just returned from a lovely stay at the Westin in Puerto Vallarta. Overall, I found the resort to be beautiful and well-kept, with fantastic amenities and an extraordinary staff that went above and beyond. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay, notably the noise from construction and the lack of a proper soap holder in the shower. The breakfast at El Palmer restaurant was a highlight and absolutely worth it!
